01 The service

roor.ai is an AI creation studio: you type prompts or upload media, and the service generates videos and images using in-house and third-party AI models. Features, model line-ups, output resolutions, and limits vary by plan and may change as the product evolves.

02 Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live — and able to enter a binding contract.
• Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account; tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Give us accurate registration and billing information and keep it up to date.

03 Plans, credits & billing

• Paid plans renew monthly and are billed in advance. Prices are listed on our rate card and exclude GST, which is added at checkout as Indian law requires.
• Generation is metered in credits. Credits refresh with each billing cycle, do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise, and have no cash value.
• You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid and credits already consumed are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or a failed render is re-credited by us.
• We may change prices or plan contents with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

04 Your content & generated output

• Your inputs stay yours. You retain all rights in the prompts and media you submit, and you grant us a licence to host and process them solely to provide the service.
• Your outputs are yours to use. Subject to these terms and to third-party rights, we assign to you our interest in the videos and images the service generates for you, to the extent the law allows. AI output may not be protectable by copyright in every jurisdiction, and similar prompts can produce similar output for other users.
• You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use your outputs — including making sure you have the rights to any media you upload and any real person’s likeness you feature.

05 Acceptable use

You must not use roor.ai to create, upload, or distribute:

• content that is illegal under applicable law, including Indian law;
• sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexualises real people without their consent;
• deceptive impersonations of real people, organisations, or events presented as genuine — including political disinformation;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights of others;
• harassment, incitement to violence, or hateful content targeting people;
• malware, or anything designed to defraud or harm.

You also must not probe, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, bypass generation safeguards or credit metering, or use output to train competing models. We may refuse, filter, or remove content that violates this section.

06 AI disclaimer

Generative AI is probabilistic. Output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or resemble existing works, people, or places, and identical prompts may not reproduce identical results. Review output before relying on it — especially before commercial use — and do not present AI-generated depictions of real events or people as authentic.

07 Our intellectual property

The roor.ai platform — including the site, apps, models, effect presets, branding, and design — belongs to NeevCloud and its licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service, not a licence to any of the above.

08 Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if the law requires it, or if your use threatens the security or integrity of the platform — with notice where practicable. You may close your account at any time. On termination your access ends; sections that by nature survive (payment obligations, content responsibility, liability limits, governing law) continue to apply.

09 Disclaimers & liability

• The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• To the maximum extent the law permits, NeevCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of roor.ai.
• Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify NeevCloud against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

11 Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the service.

12 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. Material changes will be announced on this page — and by email for significant changes — with the “last updated” date revised above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
